Registration Assistance

We track the indenture, stamp duty, and Lands Commission registration to completion.

Passing due diligence doesn't make you the legal owner — registration does. An unregistered transaction has no protection against a later, registered claim on the same land, which is exactly how some double-sale scams succeed. Once your due diligence comes back clean, we manage the paperwork trail: preparing the indenture with your lawyer, paying stamp duty at the Ghana Revenue Authority, and submitting the registration application to the Lands Commission.

The official window is 90 days; in practice most registrations take several months depending on the region and how complete the submission is. We don't control government processing time, but we do chase the file, answer queries from the registry promptly, and keep you updated instead of leaving you to find out where things stand on your own.

What's included
